AUTOMATIC STACKING DEVICE WITH “S” TYPE GRIPPER
The gripper is ideal for picking up pressed and dries products and transferring them to another station on a conveyor belt. It is possible to build a pack with a variable number of layers. The products are gripped by four clamps counter-positioned in pairs. The gripper is mounted onto a rigid supporting structure which is able to move horizontally and vertically. It bags softly during the deposit phase to avoid damaging the product and rotates horizontally through 360°.

GRIPPING SYSTEM:
The gripping action is performed by four synchronised clamps positioned on the four sides.
Four pneumatic cylinders are responsible for its activation

GRIPPING CAPACITY:
Layer of materials with max. dimensions of 1100X1100,max. H 400, and weight of 400 Kg.

HEAD AND GRIPPER ROTATION:
From 0° to 360°by way of an electric motor piloted by an inverter which conveys movement at variable speeds. The rotation unit is fitted with counter-positioned taper roller-bearings.

LIFTING:
By way of double chains and a gearmotor controlled by an inverter.
It is activated at variable speeds with an adjustable acceleration ramp.
Pneumatic balancing system.

HORIZONTAL MOVEMENT:
By way of cart with polyurethane wheels runnibg horizontally and vertically. The powered movement is performed by a gearmotor controlled by an inverter which operates on a couple of double chains.

BAGGING SYSTEM:
The gripper head is kept suspended during operations by a pneumatic device which balances the load. This enables the smooth pick-up and deposit of the product.

PRODUCTION:
Up to 300 manoeuvres/hour with horizontal movement of 2200 and vertical movement of 1400 (excluding pallet changeover time).

BINDING SYSTEM:
The horizontal and vertical binding machines carry out the horizontal and vertical binding of palletised units, performing one or two binding operations in different positions depending on the individual program for each pallet.
The binding is tightened by a special patented dynamometric device which guarantees optimum use of the residual elasticity of the strap.
The entirely electromechanical operation guarantees speed and ease of use. It is possible to use various types of plastic and metal straps.
These machines may be used in conjunction with devices for inserting plastic sheets to protect the package or plastic film wrapping ystems.
