In order to make the operator’s approach to the machine operation logic easier, we have designed the WINCHECK supervision system on PC. This system, together with the control panel, allow the operator to acquire at any time useful information on the machines and to work in Windows Ôenvironment .

The main functions displayed on the colour monitor are the following:

Display of machine operation mode

Alarm diagnostic signalling the relevant magneto-thermal switch/inverterTime adjustment

Storage of a set of adjustments for each product

Plant self-setting on product type change by means of “recipes”

Machine stop list

Production reports
