"Concept" is a new concept of high-perfomance vibrating press.Thanks to the structure made of high-precision machined solid steel plates, the machine is very solid and precise.The vibrations due to the compaction of the products concentrate on the vibrating planes beacuse they cannot spread over the high inertia structure on the frame.
The main features of the machine design are stoutness, long lasting reliabilitu and performance. The large use of special steels and hardening heat-tratmens, as well as accurate mechanical machining with close tolerances, are the tangible proof. We want to stress the fact that those are all off.the.shelf features on the "Concept" press, thus they are not extra charged options as proposed by some other manufacturer.

We provide appropiate automatic plant engineering suitable to support the performance of the vibrating press, made up of:

Double lifting and lowering devices, capacity from 20 to 28 boards.
High-capacity automatic carriage with double motorisation
Double automatic high-performance stacket with four closings.
Fully centralized PC-controlled plant

Fully electronic vibration with PC-controlled force and frequency change

Automatic height adjustment of the pressed product without machanical stops

speed and acceleration of the movements of the drawers 1 and 2, of the temper head and of the mould are PC-governed by means of proportional hydraulics

Hydraulic system for optimum distribution of concrete in the feeder box
High-capacity oil-pressure palnt (200 litres of oil) with 200 litres/1? axial piston pump and oil/nitrogen accumulators, continuous closed circuit oil filtering and cooling systems

Encoder-controlled movements without adjustable limit switches

Automatic enabling/disabling and locking system of the mould and the temper head on the machine

PC-controlled quick presetting of the plant at product change

Very high performances and reliability

Low speed regulation system for funcional units, by means of separate pump, with push-button panel close
