We have invented and patented an innovative vibrating system. Through a simple electronically-controlled system, without belts or other mechanical synchronisation systems, it is possible to obtain a constant and well-distributed filling over the entire forming surface.

This vibrating table allows to differentiate the vibration parameters in terms of amplitude and frequency by making the front part different from the rear part of the mould, thus compensating the natural tendency of concrete to move downward for a higher quantity in the section nearest the feed drawer. The result can be compared to a multilayer vibrating system without the constructive and maintenance complexity of these systems.

All this contributes to ensuring an extremely high quality of the products that feature uniform technical characteristics, in compliance with the engineers’ calculations and without any unpleasant surprises or structural irregularities.
